right from the stage of planning the staff
to hiring the right and most suitable
profile in the context of company's core
business competencies.
The first step of application screening
is done to ensure that the only qualified
applicants move to the interview phase of
the recruitment process. The second step
entails a telephonic interview followed by
aptitude tests administered by our skilled
HR Team. Only after applicants successfully
complete the above steps of recruitment
process, personal interviews are initiated.
Personal interviews are conducted both by
Function Manager and HR Team in order to
ensure the job and attitude suitability. |
