Benchmarking is practiced not only at the organizational level (Call Center Operations, Best Practices in other Call Centers) but also at group and individual levels (skill level, performance output, knowledge) in order to achieve high level of quality and productivity, at both macro and micro level. It has also been used as a tool to make ServingMinds a learning organization.

Pay for Performance
A part of our compensation system is giving monetary incentives to our employees for achieving high standard of performance. This is yet another tool used at ServingMinds to enhance quality of employees’ performance.
