Compensation are designed in a manner so as to duly compensate the employee for his knowledge, skills and competences. Mentoring
Senior employees are recognized by assigning a group of new employees under their wings. Mentoring in ServingMinds is practiced as a process whereby mentor and mentee work together to discover and develop the mentee's latent abilities, to provide mentee with knowledge and skill as opportunities & needs arise, and for the mentor to serve as an effective friend, tutor and counselor.
