Servers:
ServingMinds uses best of breed servers, namely, IBM Netfinity and IBUS CT Server which handles all computer telephony integration. We ensure our servers remain available and secure round-the-clock through a system of backup and redundancy in different physical locations.

Workstation:
All the workstations are equipped with IBM PIII 733MHz with 128 MB RAM, 10 GB hard disk, 17- inch SVGA monitors and Plantronics headsets.

Network:
ServingMinds' entire local area network is connected with category 5 enhanced cable, which complies with EIA-586 standards. Our network is connected through 100BASE-T for fast connectivity.

Redundancy:
With the aim of providing uninterrupted service to our customers, the whole of infrastructure has been setup in such a fashion that every equipment has a backup system which can be brought into operation immediately.

The data is backed up daily to a backup tape and database server located in a different physical location for security and redundancy, the hardware is hot swappable and the power supply is backed by 12KVA APC Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and Cummins power generator.
